I think a wiki set up for libraries with book reviews from patrons would be great. I also liked the idea for cities, being able to access that information before you visit would be great.

Libraries having access to the web gives them the ability to have the most updated information available.

Tagging something of interest on my blog can be picked up by Technorati and bloggers can access that info.
